On a baking tray put a mix of:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 a cup of shredded coconut
Few handfuls of sunflower kernels
Handful of walnuts
Scatter of blanched almonds
Drizzle with honey (or golden syrup or maple syrup) and mix. Bake in the over at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. I turned the oats and stuff over every 15 minutes.
Cool and mix in some sultanas, dates, raisins - any kind of dried fruit.
Eat the crap out of it. I prefer with yoghurt and fruit. You can eat with milk, but just know that this is wrong.
