Flight #6,7,8 and 9

Flight # six was uneventful, except for the fact that we nearly missed it due to us having no idea where to drop of the trusty hire car.

Just as we were all standing in a circle - patting each other on the back upon arrival in Istanbul, we nearly missed flight # seven. This was due to having to switch airports and it taking longer than anyone would ever think is possible.

Flights # 8 and #9 were wonderfully uneventful and took us to what one of my travelling companions described as the best airport ever. It was a soviet inspired building in the middle of nowhere ( Nevishir Turkey). It did have the best baggage carousel which was a conveyor belt tht just ended at a wall. You don't pick up your bag - it gets kind of dumped at the end of the belt. Here is a picture to show you.

The return flight to Istanbul was full of people we recognised from our time in Cappadocia, as well as a couple who were on my flight from Dubai to Istanbul several days ago.

It really is a small world after all. Sorry if you now have the song in your head like I do. Doubly sorry if you didn't but now do because I've mentioned it.
