Bicicletta

Today I went to Bicicletta for lunch with a great friend who pops in and out of Canberra like magic and helps me escape the world of work for a catch up over lunch.

So, Bicicletta is an Italian cafe specialising in simple regional produce and it is smack bang in the middle of New Acton.

We had an outstanding antipasto of crispy fried bread with silky smooth prosciutto, followed by pizza with potato sausage and cheese - all washed down with Italian beer. The name of the beer escapes me but the glass was icy cold and it was the perfect way to break up a crazy day.

Get on your bike and go! (sorry)

    Errm, maybe. Though today was my first day of riding to work for real (after a couple of practice rides to work on the weekend, to make sure I could make it there and back).
