Plum cake






Grease cake tin, and arranged sliced plums. If you are short of plums let me know because I have about 47 million on the tree right now.

Melt 250 grams butter. Mix this with some lemon zest and about a cup of castor sugar.
Then mix in 2 cups self raising flour and 3 eggs and a cup of buttermilk.
Cook the crap out of it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. For about 45 minutes.
Eat it until your stomach hurts.
