Home made laksa

Put some laksa paste (care of your local Asian grocer) in a wok with some coconut milk and a bit of water. When it boils add in some fresh noodles and some of that yummy puffy tofu. Fry some chicken in chilli and ginger and add that into the mix. Fry a bunch of prawns and then some chinese greens and add those in too. Add a massive amount of bean sprouts and then serve in some pretty bowls. Eat. 

Then pretend you don't have room for ice-cream...
