Kastner & Öhler, or K&O, is an old department store in the centre of Graz. Totally renovated to include a rooftop bar...and not any rooftop bar, but one that sells french champagne and lets people bring their dogs. Nothing like views overlooking beautiful church domes, while sipping champagne to help you unwind. I needed unwinding a fair bit, so stopped by three times...
